The batteries in our phones are fully tested through charging and discharging cycles. The battery status must be at least 85% of the remaining charging cycles otherwise the battery is replaced with a new one.

It can happen, especially on new generation smartphones, that the replaced battery is not read correctly by the device. Provided that the problem does not affect the performance of the device, this problem is considered "expected" and therefore does not imply a warranty claim.

Resistance to water, splashes and dust is not a durable feature and over time loses its effectiveness.
Since these are refurbished phones, therefore used and refurbished smartphones, it is not technically possible to guarantee the validity of the IP67 / IP68 certification and therefore, all damage caused by liquids will not be covered by our warranty.
To reduce the risk of damage from liquids we recommend using protective covers.

Have you received your refurbished phone and the device shows an 'important message...'?

No problem in sight. Apple has included a number of checks on the original parts of the devices. This means that if an iPhone has been repaired by replacing a component in a workshop other than the 'Apple Store', the phone will report the component as non-original.

In reality, the component could be absolutely original but have come from, for example, another phone. Also in this case the device will report the component as 'Not Original'. 

All devices reconditioned by Likenewiphone have to comply with strict testing protocols both before and after reconditioning.

The "important message" on the battery, on the screen or on the camera does not affect in any way the functioning of the device and will appear, for the first 4 days, as a notification on the home page, for the next 15 days, as a notification on the settings icon and then it will disappear and will remain visible only within the settings section dedicated to the replaced component.

A reconditioned product is a previously used device that is processed and reconditioned for resale. Products can be reconditioned cosmetically or also functionally. A cosmetic refurbishment is one that turns a used phone into a AAA product. A functionally refurbished product is for example a phone that has had a battery replaced or a microphone replaced. All of our products are certified by official testing software that certifies that they work "as new".

Buying a refurbished product allows the user to save on average 30% compared to a new product. In addition to saving money, environmental savings should not be underestimated. The purchase of a reconditioned product saves the environment the disposal of electronic waste.

Once your order has been completed, it will be forwarded to the shipping department, which will take care of packing and entrusting the courier.

Depending on the type of service chosen, your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may be longer for shipments destined for remote, special or hard-to-reach areas, for which indicative times are indicated on the website of the courier used.

Delivery times are for all orders placed by 1 p.m. on each working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be considered as concluded on the next working day. All orders concluded from 1.01 p.m. on Friday to midnight on Sunday will be considered as concluded on Monday morning.

Public holidays are not counted in the travel time. 

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is accompanied by a clear warranty policy. However, there are some circumstances that may exclude a device from warranty coverage. These include damages caused by improper use, unauthorized alterations, repair interventions not performed by authorized personnel, damages caused by accidents, damages caused by contact with liquids, damages caused by natural events, or other causes outside of the normal intended use of the device. It is crucial to understand that the warranty does not cover damages due to negligence or improper use of the device. To maintain warranty coverage, please use the device according to the provided instructions and contact our customer service team in case of any issues or questions.
